"My record showed up damaged"
I was disappointed when my record arrived. It was sent in this flimsy thin mailer with basically no protection, and of course the corners were smashed and the sleeve was bent. For what I paid, I expected way better packaging. Really annoying experience for me...

I ordered a record from lomavistarecordings.com the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, and from the lack of movement it kind of felt like my order just wasn’t a priority. Maybe I’m reading too much into it or I just got unlucky, but the whole wait was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless it was something I really couldn’t get anywhere else.

"My order still hasn’t arrived"
I placed an order and then it just kind of sat there. At first I figured, okay, maybe it’s a busy week or shipping is slow, but after a few days there was still no real update, which started to feel weird.
I emailed them to ask what was going on, and the reply I got was vague. Like, not rude or anything, just not actually helpful. Then it was back to silence again, and the tracking either wasn’t moving or wasn’t sent when they said it would be, I lost track at that point.
Maybe other people have had a totally different experience, and maybe my order is just stuck somewhere, who knows. But after this, I don’t really feel confident ordering from them again if I need something shipped on time.

"Refund took forever"
I had to return an item recently, which was already a little frustrating because I’d ordered it while trying to get a bunch of errands done before a busy week. The return process ended up being way more annoying than I expected. I emailed them a few times and the replies were slow, then I waited much longer than I thought I would for the refund to actually come through. I didn’t really get clear updates unless I followed up myself. Maybe the company is fine when everything goes smoothly, but if you need to return something, it feels messy and not worth the hassle.

"I started noticing the same pattern..."
I started noticing the same pattern quickly: every page took a little too long to load, then the checkout would throw me into another confusing step. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but it just kept feeling clunky and slow. After a few tries, I ended up giving up instead of placing the order...

"Never Heard Back from Customer Service"
I emailed them twice about my order and didn’t get a response for days. Since they never replied, I had no idea what was going on with something I had already paid for. No update, no help, just silence. It was really frustrating because a simple reply would have made a big difference.

"bad vinyl pressing and cheap merch"
i ordered a vinyl and a shirt from Loma Vista, and both were a letdown. the record had pops all over it even after i cleaned it, and the sleeve showed up with bent corners.
the shirt wasn’t much better either. the print felt really cheap, like it was going to crack after one wash, and for what i paid i expected way better. i don’t think i’d order from them again.
